This year, we returned with a Conference program that emphasizes well-being as we age. We took a look at new well-being and showcased what older people can do to stay healthy, active, and involved in our communities as we grow older. Our morning session speakers – Paul Spark, Dr. Neame, and Rene Vanderhaeghe – educated you on what you need to remain independent and active. The afternoon sessions focused on how we can make ourselves feel better with self-care.
We had 140 seniors came in-person and 12 participated virtually.
We took a fresh look as we connected attendees with 35 exhibitors and vendors and found the latest information on how to age well in Ontario and the resources. It was an excellent opportunity to network. Attendees received their free Show Bag when they came. They left with resources, products and service info. Timed event tickets were available. Here are some photos of our past conference.
